Dear Faculty and Staff,

Due to changes in the publishing industry and increasing restrictions in ordering textbooks, the Textbook Division of Shaman Drum will now be adopting the following policy:

We can no longer order titles that are not returnable to the publisher or distributor. While this policy covers all non-returnable titles, it will primarily affect the ordering of imported foreign books. All of these titles are non-returnable.

It is of the utmost importance for us to continue to meet your textbook needs. We will continue to work closely with you in order to locate returnable editions and, in the case of foreign titles, editions that are domestically distributed.

We would be happy to provide you with a list of the foreign language titles we have on hand in quantities large enough to serve classroom needs.
